Twenty Twenty Three

1 January

• Took the kids to a Jurassic World exhibition in San Diego.
• Visited my brother at his new home in Georgia
• New minimalist styled wallet, still going strong

2 February

• Definitely a month of all time

3 March

• RIP Grandpa, March 26, 2023.

4 April

• Visiting Big Bear with family
• Visited parents in Lake Havasu
• Backyard lights put up
• Berlin

5 May

• RIP Aunt Terri, May 3, 2023.
• Attended a wedding in San Diego
• New Phone, migrated to Pixel 7A because of water damage to Pixel 6 Pro
  • Amazing that the Pixel 7A is designed with the hand in mind and can actually be held with a single hand
• Disk Golf stuff purchased, fun new hobby

6 June

• Garage Renovation Project started and completed
• Visited parents in Lake Havasu for kids birthday blowout

7 July

• Drove a friends car 8 hours up north
• Finished insulation on Garage project, Flooring, TV and Soundbar. Office migration complete,
• Aunt celebration of life
• Barbie movie with old friend
• Oppenheimer with wife

8 August

• Middle kiddo starts Kindergarten – Learning the attention of an energetic 5 year old doing homeschool 3 days and in person school 2 days a week.

9 September

• Completed migration of network out of boys room

10 October

• Very Fun Halloween, turned the garage into a dance party with strobe light and fog machine
• Started taking notes in a small notebook that is in a nice case that I can carry in the pocket of most of my clothes
• Parents visited and assisted in some projects that were not completed on the house, thanks for that.

11 November

• Live Podcast Show for wife’s birthday blowout

12 December

• Got a new puppy, Dot!
• Put up Christmas lights
• Family came out (minus brother) to celebrate Christmas

Really happy about:

• Garage being finished
• Family being whole and healthy
• Potential feeling limitless at times

Room for Improvement:

• Exercise schedule
• Sleep hygiene
• Mindset

2024 Vision

• New Year, New Me (digitally)
  • Going to start off the year with a new OS install on main pc and main phone
  • The former starts with a clean new disk which will be arriving Dec 30.

The future holds more questions, more answers, and more energy.

Footnotes: This has been the hardest year emotionally of my life thus far. I am not sure what to do with this information other than just admire that I (we) still remain standing. The battle continues with what are things that I am finding as actual interests vs distractions.
